As a real estate broker and loan officer with many years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, I am very familiar and active in the real estate market in Orange County California. As a member of the Orange County MRMLS, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CIPS, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). I have been very active in real estate related issues to introduce a wealth of knowledge and diversity in every transaction. The Broker Price Opinion (BPO) certification has given me a solid background in establishing the fair market values of properties.    I also provide loan services.
